When posting your ad / items for sale ...

You are responsible for abiding by all applicable laws and regulations when posting. We've collected a partial list of prohibited or restricted sales items for your convenience.

1. Do not post alcohol or tobacco products, weapons, drugs of any kind, including prescription, non-prescription, and illegal/recreational.
2. Do not post any obscene or pornography materials.
3. Do not post items that violate trademark or other intellectual property rights.
4. Do NOT post promotional giveaways, or referral marketing programs (e.g. free DVD/Microwave, etc.).
5. Do NOT post any illegal items.
6. Post ads ONLY in the listed right category.

We encourage you to research and find the applicable laws and regulations that may apply to your transaction. eBazar India will provide information about your identity to law enforcement officers in response to legal subpoena if needed.

You remain solely responsible for the content of your messages, and you agree to indemnify and hold harmless this site with respect to any claim based upon transmission of your message(s).
